The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for offences punishable under Sections 467, 420, 468, 471, 385, 504, 506,/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is urged on behalf of the petitioner that the land was in possession of her father and after death of her father she has executed a sale deed in favour of one Santosh Kumar. Allegation is that one co-accused Shakeel Ansari and other accused set up a fake lady and got transferred the lands of the informant in favour of co-accused Santosh Kumar. It is contended that the purchaser Santosh

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31694 of 2016 (2) dt.06-09-2016 2/2 Kumar, and co-accused Shakeel Ansari who have been portrayed as mastermind, have already granted privilege of regular bail whereas the identified Lokesh Kumar was granted anticipatory bail. It is contended that the petitioner is a lady. Having regard to the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that the petitioner is a lady, let the petitioner, namely, Shakila @ Shakila Khatoon be released on bail in the event of arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today in Chatouni P.S. Case No. 87 of 2015, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000 (Ten Thousand Rupees) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari subject to the conditions as laid down under subsection(2) of Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
