The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Raxaul P.S. Case No. 169 of 2013 for the offence under Sections 414 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner would submit that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. The name of the petitioner was disclosed by one Santosh Choudhary, who submitted that the Laptop and Cellphone was handed over to him by this petitioner, Vidya Sagar (not petitioner) and Bablu Kumar (not petitioner). He further submits that petitioner has no concern with the aforesaid cellphone and laptop which was recovered from the possession of the Santosh Choudhary. Case No. 169 of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 Cr.P.C.
