2. The present application has been filed for cancellation of the anticipatory bail granted to Opposite Party No. 2 (the petitioner in A.B.P. No. 411/21), whereby the Additional Sessions Judge, Araria, granted anticipatory bail to Opposite Party No. 2 in connection with Complaint Case No. 873C/17, arising out of offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, and 323 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. I have considered the submissions of the parties and have gone through the records of the case.
