====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE DR. JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 10-08-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence punishable under Sections 30 (a) & 36 of Bihar Excise Amendment Act, 2016.

It is contended that the petitioner is said to be Cleaner of the Pick up Van from which about 1300 liters of foreign liquor were recovered. It is contended that the Driver of the said Van has disclosed the names of the persons to whom the same was being supplied and who are the suppliers of the seized articles. It is urged that the petitioner is in custody since 15.06.2017. It is claimed that his antecedent is clean.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand)

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34626 of 2017(2) dt.10-08-2017 2/2 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Special Judge, Excise, Patna in connection with Nadi P.S. Case No.41 of 2017 with a condition that if the petitioner, after his release in this case, is again found involved in similar nature of cases then the concerned court would be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of his bail bonds.

However, one of the bailors must be belonging to the State of Bihar.
