The writ application prays for a direction upon the respondent(s) to implement the order dated 27.08.2012 passed by the respondent-Dy. Collector Land Reforms in Land Dispute Resolution Case No. 79/11-12.

Raising a grievance with respect to a piece of land, the petitioner had approached the respondent-DCLR wherein the said order was passed.

Patna High Court CWJC No.8978 of 2014 (2) dt.25-10-2016 2/2 Learned counsel for the State on the basis of Annexure-3 to the writ petition has submitted that the Circle Officer is already in seisin of the matter, wherein hearing has been given to both the parties.

This Court would not be the executing Court of the order(s) passed by the Authority under the Land Dispute Resolution Act (for short "The Act"). Section 15 of the Act vests the power in DCLR to execute the order passed by him. The petitioner may approach the said court/authority for implementation of the order in accordance with the provisions contained therein.

If any such application/request is filed/made, the concerned authority will examine and take appropriate action in accordance with law.

The writ application is disposed of.
