13.08.2015 Petitioner filed the writ application for reevaluation of the copies of the written examination of all the optional papers for which examination was held in terms of advertisement no. 704 of 2004 for appointment on the post of Sub-Inspector.

Enough legal battles have already been fought and many rounds of adjudications have been made right up till Hon'ble Apex Court. There is nothing left to be adjudicated now in favour of the petitioner in view of the material brought on record in the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the respondent-Bihar Staff
