The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Lakhisarai P.S. Case No. 215/16 registered under Section 307 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. The informant Md. Zamil named the petitioner and others and alleged that in the evening, all the accused persons having armed with different weapons came to the house of the informant and assaulted the informant and others. The accused persons also assaulted Md. Izhar, maternal-uncle of the informant. It is submitted that no specific allegation of assault is made against the petitioner. There is a counter-version. Both sides quarreled with each other but no specific allegation of assault or firing is made against the petitioner.
Considering the fact that there is no specific

No.30024 of 2016 (2) dt.06-09-2016 2/2 allegation either of assault or firing against the petitioner, the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai in Lakhisarai P.S.
