The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Dighalbank P.S. Case no. 11 of 2019, registered under Section 504, 506 and 353 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is that informant being the Junior Engineer, electric supply, Dighalbank reached at the house of the petitioner and asked the petitioner to pay the electric dues otherwise his electric connection will be cut on which petitioner started abusing to the informant, but on convincing of the informant and others, petitioner paid the dues. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.41220 of 2019(2) dt.04-07-2019 2/2 fact, the informant after receiving the amount of electric bill made made of bribe, but petitioner did not take any heed on it due to that reasons, the informant lodged the present case. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M. Kishanganj in connection with Dighalbank P.S. Case No. 11 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) manish/- U T
