Petitioner is in custody in connection with Warsaliganj P.S. Case No. 181 of 2020 for the offence under sections 366A of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has drawn attention of this Court to the statement of the victim girl recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. It appears from the aforesaid statement that the victim girl has voluntarily joined the wedlock with the petitioner.

The petitioner is in custody since 24.6.2020. Considering aforesaid, the Court is inclined to grant

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.38741 of 2020(2) dt.08-02-2021 2/2 bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 50,000/- (Fifty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Nawada, in connection with Warsaliganj P.S. Case No. 181 of 2020.
