2. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Madhuban P.S. Case No. 293 of 2021 dated 06.09.2021, registered for the offence punishable u/s 302/34 of the IPC, pending in the Court of learned C.J.M., Motihari, East Champaran.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application.

4. Permission is granted.

5. Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn.

6. However, if petitioner surrenders before the learned Court below within six weeks from today and seeks regular bail,
