2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Siwan Mufassil P.S. Case No. 206 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 103(1), 238(a), 61(2), 3(5) of the B.N.S. and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, unknown criminals are said to have killed the deceased.

4. Learned Senior counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. The petitioner is in custody since 24.03.2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Siwan/concerned Court below in connection with Siwan Muffasil P.S. Case No. 206 of 2025. (Sandeep Kumar, J) anand/- U T
