JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER -------------- 31-08-2016 The application filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in connection with Patori P.S. Case No.14 of 2016 registered under Sections 302, 201 and 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3(x), 3(xi) and 3(v) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act has been rejected by the court of Additional Sessions Judge-I, Samastipur, through the impugned order.
In that view of the matter, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application with liberty to approach the appropriate forum for redressal of his grievance.
