The petitioner seeks bail in Deepnagar P.S. Case No. 93 of 2016, instituted for the offences under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is in custody since 26.06.2018. It has been further submitted that he is not named in the FIR, his name has come in the confessional statement of the co-accused Meghan Paswan. There is no recovery made from possession of the petitioner. He has never been put on TIP.

Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.53510 of 2018(3) dt.05-10-2018 2/2 bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif, in connection with Deepnagar P.S. Case No. 93 of 2016.
