JUSTICE MIHIR KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 05-10-2015 Having regard to the fact that the impugned order dated 03.09.2015 passed by the Superintendent of Police inflicting punishment on the petitioner is appellable, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ application in order to enable the petitioner to file statutory appeal before the appellate authority.
