====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 20-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AC to GP No. 5.

The petitioner, in the writ petition has prayed for directing the respondents to regularize his service in the Agriculture Department.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had worked in the Agriculture Department. However, subsequently writ petitions were filed for regularizing the services.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has placed reliance on Annexure - "7" to the writ petition. On examining Annexure -

Patna High Court CWJC No.11880 of 2008 (2) dt.20-08-2015 2/2 "7" to the writ petition i.e. an order passed long back on 19.8.1992 in CWJC No. 7308 of 1991, it is evident that this court had not issued any direction.

In view of the matter being stale as well as the fact that appointment through regularization is no mode of appointment, this court is not inclined to pass any positive order. The writ petition stands dismissed.
