Public Prosecutor as well as Sri Buxi S.R.P.Sinha, learned Senior Counsel, who was assisted by Sri Sanjay Kumar, learned counsel for the informant, seeks permission to withdraw this petition, so that petitioners may participate in the trial before the court below. Patna High Court Cr.Misc. It goes without saying that the learned trial Judge in accordance with the procedure contained in the Code of Criminal Procedure may take steps for early disposal of the case.
