2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Katra P.S. Case No. 22 of 2015 registered for the offence under Sections 420, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of securing a job on the basis of forged documents.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. The petitioner is in custody since 22.03.2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the fact that the petitioner is a woman, this application for

7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class (East), Muzaffarpur/concerned Court below in connection with Katra P.S. Case No. 22 of 2015 .
