The petitioner seeks bail in Marhowrah P.S.Case No.130 of 2018 registered for the offences under Section 302, 304(B), 201/34 of the I.P.C.
Allegation against the petitioner who happens to be the father of the husband of the deceased is of demand of dowry causing death.
Submission on behalf of the petitioner is that the no specific allegation of any overt act is attributed to the petitioner and moreover the husband of the deceased is in custody. The petitioner is in custody for six months having no criminal antecedent.
Heard the learned A.P.P. also.

No.53329 of 2018 (3) dt.05-10-2018 2/2 Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances of the case, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-VIII, Saran, Chapra, in Marhowrah P.S.Case No.130 of 2018 subject to the condition that (1) one of the bailors must be of local person having sufficient properties within the jurisdiction of the court concerned. (2) he shall cooperate in disposal of the trail and make himself present in the court below as and when he is required by the court below.
