JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 05-11-2015 The present order has been filed for modification of the order dated 13.03.2012 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 40973 of 2011, to the extent of modification of the condition of appearance of the petitioner before the learned court below. It is stipulated in the order dated 13.03.2012 to the effect that in the event of failure to attend the court on eight consecutive dates without any reasonable explanation or single default in payment, the privilege of bail shall be deemed to be cancelled. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner used to go abroad for his livelihood, hence terms of appearance may be waved. In view of this Court, the petitioner has not made out a case for modification.

Hence this modification application is disposed of.
