Prayer is for bail in Supaul P.S. Case No. 212 of 2017 registered under diverse penal provisions of the Arms Act. It is stated that on the basis of the disclosure statement, a pistol was recovered from the pond which allegedly was used in connection with the crime registered as Supaul P.S. Case No. 211 of 2017 under section 302 IPC and section 27 of the Arms Act. Except the aforesaid case, there is no other case against the petitioner who is lodged in custody since 20.04.2017. Let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ACJM-Vth,Supaul in Supaul P.S.
