No.969 of 2012 arising out of Bihpur (Bhawanipur) P.S. case No.294 of 2012, by which he has accepted the final report against the Opposite Parties No.2 and 3.

Considering that it is well within the power of the Magistrate to do so, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter. The application stands dismissed.
