The petitioner seeks bail in Chapra Town P.S. Case No. 181/2018, instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 27 of Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is not named in the written report. Name of this petitioner has come in the confessional statement of co-accused Gaurav Pratap Chauhan. It is submitted that aforesaid Gaurav Pratap Chauhan has already been granted bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 31572/2018 dated 11.07.2018.

Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate XIIth, Saran at Chapra in connection with Chapra Town P.S.
