The petitioner - Patna University, Patna and Panel Counsel who has filed this petition or not interested in pursuing the matter for the last about 15 years. Matter is being listed for the first time after 07.03.2011.

3. Having regard to the conduct of the petitionerUniversity and concerned panel counsel, we proposed to dismiss with cost of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand). Accordingly, the present MJC No. 4599 of 2010 stands dismissed. Cost shall be remitted in the Lawyers' Association Welfare Benevolent
