After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present application may be disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to move before the appropriate forum, if the State respondent has taken any steps for cancellation of Jamabandi No. 613, which was in the name of Late Mathura Prasad Verma, the father of the petitioner.
