This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Sonbarsa P.S. Case No.75 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under sections 179 and 180 of the B.N.S. 2023.

The petitioner was arrested while he was in possession of fake currency notes amounting to Rs.12,000/-. He is in custody since 27.02.2025.

Considering the recovery of fake currency notes alleged to have been recovered from the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant him bail. Accordingly, this bail application is rejected.
