JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 24-03-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The present application has been filed by the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Mehsi P.S. Case No. 109 of 2012 registered for the offences punishable under sections 498A,363 and 365/34 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. The case diary was called for vide order dated 24.12.2013. Due to non receipt of the case diary, the report was called for from the C.J.M., East Champaran at Motihari. The report of the C.J.M. dated 27.2.2015 suggests that the petitioners have been granted regular bail on 15.1.2014.

Hence, this application has become infructuous. Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to
