In the light of the order of the High Court dated 07.10.2013 both the petitioner and his wife are residing together in the matrimonial home at Delhi.

Let both the petitioner and his wife appear in the court below (Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate (E), Muzaffarpur) within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order in the court below whereafter court below shall try to ensure that the matrimonial dispute between the two is resolved finally and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31333 of 2013 (11) dt.14-01-2015 until the same is finally resolved shall monitor the proceedings but no coercive steps will be taken against the petitioner, named above, in connection with Trial No. 1952/13, arising out of C.No.

265/12 until they reside together.

With the aforesaid observation, the application is disposed of.
