The learned counsel for the respondent Patna Municipal Corporation submits that in case the show cause reply is filed by the petitioner within a period of four weeks from today, appropriate decision thereon shall be taken, in

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate show cause reply within a period of four weeks from today which shall be considered by the Executive Officer, New Capital Circle, Patna, in accordance with law and appropriate final order shall be passed thereon within a period of four weeks, thereafter.
