2. This is an application for regular bail on behalf of the petitioners for the offences alleged under Sections 115(2), 126(2), 351(2), 352, 303(2), 74, 109 and 3(5) of the BNS, 2023, registered in connection with Simri P.S.Case No. 49 of 2025.

3. According to allegation, the petitioners came at the stage where orchestra programme was going on. They pushed the dancer and she fell on the generator and suffered injury. They also snatched Rs.12,000/- from the possession of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.48815 of 2025(2) dt.11-08-2025 2/2 the informant. The C.T. scan report was perused by the doctor and he found right lobe focal calcified granuloma on the parietal region of the injured.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated due to dirty village politics.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances and in view of the injury suffered by the victim, presently I am not inclined to grant the petitioners the privilege of bail, which is hereby rejected.

6. However, the petitioners may renew their prayer for bail after four months from today. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) HR/- U T
