JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 26-03-2021 At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the Circle Officer, Dinara be directed to expedite the proceedings of Encroachment Case No. 09/2016-17.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the Circle Officer, Dinara to expeditiously dispose of the aforesaid Encroachment Case No. 09/2016-17, if the same has not already been disposed of.
