The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Minapur P.S. Case No.137 of 2015 registered under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code as well as section 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Regard being had to the gravity of the offence and the serious nature of allegation leveled against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the application is dismissed.
