2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sangrampur P.S. Case No. 376 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 74, 137(2), 96, 352 and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and Section 8 of the POCSO Act.
3. The victim eloped with the petitioner and got married to him.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. The petitioner is in custody since 31.03.2025.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 6th Additional Sessions Judge-cum- Ex Special Judge POCSO Act, East Champaran, Motihari/ concerned Court in connection with Sangrampur P.S. Case No. 376 of 2024.
