2. The petitioner has moved the Court for payment of retiral dues and fixation of pension. From the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the Accountant General, copy of which has been served on learned counsel for the petitioner on 25.07.2016, it transpires that pursuant to sanction from the Department, the Accountant General has issued the necessary authority for payment of gratuity and pension. Copy of the authority has also been annexed with the

Patna High Court CWJC No.16337 of 2015 dt.25-05-2017 2/2 counter affidavit. No rejoinder to the same has been filed.

3. In view thereof, the Court having no occasion to disbelieve the averments made as copies of orders have been brought on record, can only presume that the petitioner's grievances stand redressed.

4. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed off.

5. However, if the petitioner feels that there are any remaining dues, he shall be at liberty to file a detailed representation before the respondent no. 4 within one month from today, along with a copy of this order. If such representation is filed within the time fixed, the respondent no. 4 shall look into it and pass reasoned order within the next four weeks. If it is found that anything further is admissible and payable to the petitioner, the same shall also be paid within four weeks thereafter.
