2. The present application has been filed for the following reliefs:

(i) For issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of Mandamus, Commanding and directing the respondent authorities to grant 20% officiating allowances in view of Section 103 of Bihar Service Code, for the period of 21.07.88 to 27.07.1997 when the petitioner was directed to discharge the duty of Section In-charge of Registration Section, officiating

Patna High Court CWJC No.1790 of 2021 dt.21-02-2024 2/3 allowance for the period of 23.10.2003 to 31.05.2007 when the petitioner was directed to discharge the duty of Incharge Assistant in the faculty of distance Education and officiating allowances for the period of 21.05.2014 to 25.09.2016 when he has discharged the duty of Office Superintendent, Examination Department of the University, during said period the petitioner has received the salary of Assistant.

(ii) For a direction for payment of Rs.

20,683/- against repairing of house which was allotted to the petitioner as the same was sanctioned by the respondent no. 3 but payment was not made due to poucity of fund.

(iii) For issuance of any other appropriate writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions for which the writ petitioner shall be found entitled under the facts and circumstances of the case.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the present writ petition is fully covered by the order dated 30.09.2010 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 16299 of 2004.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to
