ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 06-10-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner seeks initiation of enquiry against the Opposite Party No. 2 for having sworn a false affidavit in Cr. Misc. 22595 of 2007.

Perused the report of the Registrar General, from which, it appears that a First Information Report has been instituted against Sunil Kumar Chaudhary for having committed a fraud upon this Court vide Mohania P.S. Case No.381 of 2015.

Having considered that a substantive case has been instituted, I see no reason for entertaining this petition any longer. The application is disposed off with liberty to the Petitioner to avail her remedies in accordance with law. (Anjana Prakash, J) S.Ali/- U T
