Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.
The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Khushrupur P.S. Case No. 311 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 341, 325, 307, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Learned senior counsel for the petitioner has offered a demand draft of Rs. 3 lakhs spent by the victim for his treatment and recovery.
The petitioner has hit the victim with an iron rod. The victim was hospitalized.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.44843 of 2023(2) dt.04-08-2023 2/2 petitioner is in custody since 17.04.2023.
Considering the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.
Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of charge, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M. 1st Class, Patna City in connection with Khushrupur P.S. Case No. 311 of 2022. The petitioner will visit Khushrupur Police Station on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
