The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Baruraj P.S. Case No. 86 of 2022 in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 366(A)/34 of Indian Penal Code and further added Sections 376, 328/34 of IPC and 4/ 6 of POCSO Act.

Vide order dated 04.10.2024, a report was called for, regarding the stage of trial. In compliance thereof, a report sent by learned 7th District and Additional Sessions Judgecum-Special Judge POCSO-II, Muzaffarpur, dated 09.10.2024 is kept at flag 'T' whereby it is submitted that only one witness has been examined and four unofficial and I.O. and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.52171 of 2024(5) dt.22-11-2024 2/2 doctor witnesses have not been examined and the time likely to be taken in conclusion of the trial is about three months, if parties co-operate.

Considering the submissions made in the report, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner named above. The prayer for bail is hereby rejected.
