Accordingly, further proceedings of Complaint Case No.1505 of 2011/Tr. No.863 of 2013 pending before the Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Gopalganj, as also further proceeding of Misc. Case No.35 of 2010 pending before the Principal Judge, Family Court, Gopalganj, is hereby quashed.

The application stands disposed off.
