The present petition has been filed with a prayer to restore C.W.J.C.No.478/2006 in respect of Opp.Party no.5 to 8. The said writ petition stood dismissed due to non-compliance of peremptory order dated 17.06.2014 against Respondent no.5 to 8. After hearing learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts disclosed in the petition, same is allowed. Let C.W.J.C.No.478/2006 be restored against Respondent nos. 5 to 8.

It is clarified that if the order dated 17.06.2014 passed in C.W.J.C.No.478/2006 is not complied with within a period of eight weeks from today, the writ petition i.e. C.W.J.C.No.478 of 2006 shall stand dismissed without further
