Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Mufassil P.S. Case No. 296 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 394 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that merely on confessional statement petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. and nothing has been recovered from his conscious possession. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 30.07.2018.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the
