06-10-2018 Heard Sri Manoj Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr. Akbar Ali, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor. Two petitioners, who are lady and having clean antecedent, which fact has been stated in paragraph - 3 of the petition, apprehending their arrest in Awtarnagar P.S. Case No. 118 of 2018 registered for offence under Sections 188, 272, 273, 308, 34, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30, 30(a), 38, 41 of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016, have prayed for grant of bail in the event of their arrest or surrender. In this case, recovery of 10 liter of mahua liquor was shown and petitioners have been made accused. Considering the fact that both petitioners are lady, nature of accusation as well as clean antecedent, in the event of

Case No. 118 of 2018, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
