JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 12-02-2021 Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Special Case No. 76 of 2019 arising out of Patna G.R.P. P.S. Case No.396 of 2019 for the offence under Section414 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 21(b) of the Narcotic Drugs & Psychotropic Substances Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 14.07.2019.

In the instant case, 22 pieces of Ativan 2 mg tablets and other articles have been seized.

Considering the fact that only 22 pieces of Ativan 2

The petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge-XVI, Patna in connection with Special Case No.76 of 2019 arising out of Patna G.R.P. P.S. Case No.396 of 2019.
