The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 136, 138 and 139 of the Electricity Act. The prosecution case is that on 29.03.2015 16KVA transformer was installed but it was found that coil of the transformer was damaged when it was suspected that in order to commit theft of the coil of the transformer the coil was damaged. During investigation the name of the petitioners sprang up.

Considering the nature of accusation, let

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55540 of 2015 (2) dt.08-12-2015 2/2 the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners, if the petitioners surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Dhanarua P.S. Case No. 123 of 2015 pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Masaurhi, Patna.
