JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 10-08-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 341, 323, 504, 506, 376/511 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is the father-in-law of the informant. It has been alleged that the petitioner somehow or the other wanted to coerce the informant to have an illicit relationship with her, otherwise he threatened that he will not grant any share in the property to her and her husband.

It is contended that there is a family dispute between the parties with regard to some land which was sold by the petitioner and his eldest son and for that Complaint Case No. 924 of 2015/530 of 2015 was already filed by the informant before the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31222 of 2016 (2) dt.10-08-2016 Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya. The present First Information Report is in continuation of that.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the abovenamed petitioner, namely, Awadh Sao @ Anirudh Sao, be released on bail in the event of arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today in Alipur Police Station Case No. 7/2016 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- ( Ten Thousand Rupees) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya, subject to the conditions laid down under sub-section (2) of Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
