2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Angarh P.S. Case No. 78 of 2026 registered for the offence under Sections 8, 20(b)(ii)(B), 29 of the NDPS Act.

3. The petitioner along with co-accused were caught red-handed while riding a motrocycle and on search, 3.186 Kg of Ganja was recovered. The petitioner is in custody since 27.05.2026.

4. Considering the recovery of an intermediate quantity of ganja from the possession of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner for the present.

5. Accordingly, this application for regular bail stands

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.41360 of 2026(2) dt.25-06-2026 2/2 dismissed. The petitioner may renew his prayer for bail if the trial is delayed.

6. It is made clear that any observation made herein is prima facie in nature and limited solely for the purpose of adjudication of the present bail application. Such observations shall not be construed as an expression on the merits of the case and shall not influence the trial or any other proceedings in any manner.
