2. The petitioner was appointed as a constable on 24.12.1970. He sought voluntary retirement on 15.09.2008 from the office of Superintendent of Police, Muzaffarpur after putting 38 years and odd of unblemished service career. After retirement, the petitioner has received some part of his retirement benefit, but he has not been paid his G.P.F. and gratuity amount.

3. The petitioner submits that he is getting only provisional pension.

4. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, if the petitioner files a representation before respondent no.3

Patna High Court CWJC No.11052 of 2014 dt.20-08-2016 2/2 (Senior Superintendent of Police, Muzaffarpur) with respect to unpaid retiral benefits, the same would be duly considered in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. It goes without saying that any outstanding claim would be duly paid to the petitioner expeditiously.
