Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to remove the defects, if any, within three weeks. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 342, 406, 379, 504, 506, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Earlier, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent as stated in para-3 of the bail application.

However, learned counsel for the informant opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that the petitioner has suppressed the criminal antecedent. Thereafter, learned counsel

Considering the facts that the petitioner has suppressed the criminal antecedent, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected in connection with Motihari Town P.S. Case No. 670 of 2021.
