It appears that the petitioner has collected the cheque from the respondents which was on account of difference of salary due to her late husband. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that still there is some amount remaining on the said head.

In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to file a representation before the respondent no. 3 within two months from today along with a copy of this order giving details with regard to error in computing of difference of salary or any other dues of her late husband. If the same is filed, the respondent no. 3 shall look into

Patna High Court CWJC No.13914 of 2008 dt.09-11-2015 2/2 it and dispose it off within four weeks thereafter. If anything further remains to be paid to the petitioner, the same shall also be paid to her within the next four weeks.
