16-01-2017 After noticing the fact that PACS Managers are not entitled to get salary, which was claimed in the present writ petition by the petitioner, who was a PACS Manager, Mr. S.Azeem, learned counsel assisted by Sri Sanjeev Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, in presence of learned A.C. to Govt. Pleader - 6, makes a prayer for disposal of the present writ petition so that petitioner may avail appropriate remedy.

The prayer is allowed.

The writ petition stands disposed of with liberty, as indicated above.
