2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Nauhatta P.S. Case No. 29 of 2024 registered for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, due to land dispute, the petitioner and one Mahendra Yadav are said to have fired at the victim namely Dilip Kumar which hit him in the buttock.

4. In the injury report, only one gun shot injury has been found and the petitioner is in jail since 12.3.2024.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and he, himself is a victim and has sustained injuries.

6. Considering the fact that the petitioner has himself been injured and is in jail since 12.3.2024, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Saharsa in connection with Nauhatta P.S.
